"Imagine of an economy and a poiltics that is green and sacred."
Sustainable development involves a balance between 3 major factors-
1-environmental
2-economic
3-social
Year 2015 was one of those that brought out various promises to a balanced future:
March- Sendai Agreement on disaster risk management
July- Addis Ababa Agenda for financing development
September- 17 SDGs(SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS)
December - Paris Agreement on climate change
We depend on a few leaders to make it up all but forget that everything starts from a home.
If we talk about the social component of development we are good with that in this era of globalization.
If we come to the economic aspect of it we see that we are all advancing our economies in one or the other way but is that economic development a sustainable one?
What about the environmental factors?
A sustainable economic development needs INCLUSIVE GROWTH that includes a balance between-
1-financial capital
2-human capital
3-social capital
Here, the problem lies with the human capital. Human capital means the skills one possesses . The skills we possess are either turning out into inefficient or destructive.
We need RE-SKILLING, not only physically but also mentally!
WHAT IF WE MOVE INTO A GREEN and SACRED ECONOMY?
The concept of GREEN ECONOMY
According to Karl Burkart, a green economy is based on six main sectors-
- renewable energy
- green buildings
- sustainable transport
- water management
- land management
- waste management
If a development process takes place keeping in mind the above factors , it may lead to a balanced and sustainable development.

The concept of ECOLOGICAL ECONOMY
It is Green economy plus analysis of the " behind- the- scenes -impact" of wealth of an economy such that it administers that the built up of one form of capital does not affect the other adversely!
The concept of SACRED ECONOMY
To start with a sacred economy economy, we must-
- Utilize locally available things to atleast 80% of their strength
- Make available the necessary things within 10km of radius
- Be Independent of unnecessary things like using transport for a short distance is unnecessary
- become self-dependent
- shift focus from money to life
- revive our culture
- plant more trees
COMBINING GREEN, ECOLOGICAL AND SACRED ECONOMY WILL RESULT IN AN ECONOMY THAT IS-
LOW CARBON, RESOURCE EFFICIENT, SOCIALLY INCLUSIVE!

NATURAL LIVING
NATURAL LIVING must be a way of life !
"GREEN ECONOMY+ECOLOGICAL ECONOMY+SACRED ECONOMY
+ GREEN POLITICS+ SACRED POLITICS= NATURAL LIVING"
CAN A POLITICS BE GREEN AND SACRED?
YES! WHY NOT!
When politics will be based on environment, non-violence and social justice , it will surely be called as Green and Sacred!

Thus, it is time for us to step into natural living forever because we are a gift of nature!
